Aww, I love this life-like chihuahua pattern. The website also has patterns for different dog sweaters to dress it (or a real dog) with. I especially like the t-shirt and jeans pattern!

Yes! I have the Japanese amigurumi books, and for the most part can get the gist of the charts. But for one pattern, the legs and arms are crocheted all together (rather than separately and sew on). I just couldn't figure it out, but I think these cute Crochet Teddies and Bunnie will help me understand the concept better. Plus, they are cute to boot!
I’m not even going to say anything about this being yet another food pattern. Oops, I just did…. Well, I happen to like bananas, so there!
Edit: fixed link AGAIN (2008)!
I think this is the cutest amigurumi frog pattern I have ever seen! I am so happy people post their amazing creations for all to use and enjoy. Which reminds me, I need to go back to my old creations, remember how I did them and post a pattern….
While I wouldn’t call myself a ‘knitter’ I still know how to knit. It just hurts my elbows for some reason! The motions of knitting really aggravates my carpal tunnel. However, I’m willing to risk the pain for this adorable Knitted Kitty.
She is constructed out of very simple shapes, so even a beginner can whip her up. I like her so much, I might try to make a crochet version some day!
I am so tickled by this kitty by WeeWonderfuls! He is so darling, I’m thinking I need to clear off my table and lug out my ‘ol sewing machine again. I know I could hand sew him, but I try to avoid hand sewing at all times. I need to go back to the parent’s house and dig though my fabric stash to find the perfect print. I wish I had my sewing room here at college… *sigh*
While I’m not a big fan of the ’soap saver’ idea (bacteria likes to grow in ‘em), I do think this Sea Turtle Soap Saver is rather cute. My father is a big fan f both turtles and rocks, so placing an interesting rock inside might make the perfect gift. I just have to buy some green yarn!
This seal is cute ornament, but I’d like to make it just because! It reminds me of seeing seals on the beach as a child. Their eyes just made me melt… I love the whiskers on this seal, I think it is the perfect touch. I’ve never though of using brush bristles as whiskers, but I’ll have to use that trick some time.

I adore these sewn fawns, and now the pattern is online! I think I may make one, this summer when I have my sewing room back.
